I work and commute almost 12 hours a day, 5 days a week. Sometimes I need to sacriface some of my weekend time for my employer.

I have 3 kids, I’ve been married for more than 13 years.
Well, before October 2012 I was overweight, stressed a little, constantly conscious (read: worried) of my finances and aimless.
Then I decided to transform my life, escape from the treadmill and generally increase the level of my happiness.
How? In a nutshell—by expanding beyond myself via personal growth, via progress.
I experiment on myself; I check what really does work, and what doesn’t. I document my journey on my blogs and in books.
